Any licensed agent that is a member of the local association of Realtors can list your property on the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This is a website for real estate agents to share listed properties. Any home listed on the local MLS will automatically be uploaded onto Zillow.com, Trulia.com and Realtor.com.
